Welcome to Foxglove Floral Co. By booking a rental, submitting an inquiry, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

Foxglove Floral Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides flower wall rentals, boxwood wall rentals, décor add-ons, and event styling services across Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding Twin Cities metro.
These Terms apply to all users of our website and all customers who book rentals or services.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • A signed rental agreement, and

  • A deposit (or full payment, depending on your package)

2.2 Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

2.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card

  • PayPal

  • Venmo Business

  • Invoice payment (Square/Stripe)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Client Cancellations

If you cancel your rental:

  • Your deposit is non-refundable

  • If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, the full balance is still due

3.2 Rescheduling

Event dates may be rescheduled once (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

3.3 Cancellations by Foxglove Floral Co.

If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule with priority booking

We are not liable for additional damages or costs beyond refunding payments received.

4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

4.1 Delivery Radius

We deliver throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the Twin Cities metro. Delivery fees may apply.

4.2 Setup Requirements

You agree to provide:

  • A clear, accessible space

  • Safe, dry, and level ground

  • Adequate time for setup (usually 45–90 minutes)

Outdoor setups require:

  • Suitable weather conditions

  • Proper protection from wind and rain

We reserve the right to refuse outdoor setup if conditions are unsafe for the wall or our staff.

4.3 Pickup

Pickup times must be confirmed in advance.
Late-night pickups (after 9 PM) may incur an additional fee.

5. Damage, Safety & Client Responsibility

5.1 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for the flower wall and any add-ons for the duration of your rental.

5.2 Damage Fees

If the wall, backdrop, neon sign, or décor is damaged (including stains, tears, broken panels, or weather damage), repair or replacement fees will be charged.

5.3 Prohibited Actions

The following are NOT allowed:

  • Moving or transporting the wall after setup

  • Pinning, taping, or attaching décor unless approved

  • Allowing guests to climb, lean heavily, or hang items on the wall

6. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

If weather conditions pose a risk to the wall, equipment, or staff, we may:

  • Delay setup

  • Move setup indoors (preferred solution)

  • Cancel outdoor setup entirely

The client is responsible for securing an indoor backup location.

7. Photography & Marketing

By booking, you grant Foxglove Floral Co. permission to photograph the setup and use images for marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

We will never publish photos containing identifiable people without separate permission.

8. Website Usage

8.1 Intellectual Property

All images, branding, copy, and website content are the property of Foxglove Floral Co.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8.2 Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Foxglove Floral Co. is not liable for:

  • Injuries due to the misuse of equipment

  • Venue restrictions or delays outside our control

  • Weather-related cancellations

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for your rental.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
